Charitable giving is at the heart of what we do – and has been for over 130 years. Today, we are a financial services group that exists to give its profits to charity.
We're proud to be giving back to the communities we serve and championing the issues that really matter to them, especially in this time of need – working together to build a movement for good.
We know how important it is to support the most vulnerable in our society so once again our 12 days of giving will provide vital support to remarkable organisations right across the UK, Ireland, Channel Islands and the Isle of Man. We know from previous winners what a huge difference £1,000 can make.
"Every day 6,000 people become carers in the UK. Many don’t know how or where to get help. It can be frightening and very lonely. For some it’s sudden: someone you love is taken ill or has an accident, your child is born with a disability. For others, caring creeps up unnoticed: your parents can’t manage on their own any longer, your partner’s health gets gradually worse.
Caring will affect all of us at some point in our lives and the £1,000 donation from Ecclesiastical will help Carers UK to be there for when that happens"
Carers UK – 12 days of giving winner, 2019
The draw is open to UK, Irish, Channel Islands and Isle of Man registered charities, not-for-profit organisations and community interest companies. We will draw 10 winners at random each weekday and nominations will remain open until midnight the day before each draw. Draws will take place each weekday from 7 – 22 December 2020.
Anyone can nominate a charity to win one of the £1,000 awards. And it’s quick and easy to do. The more nominations a charity receives the greater their chance of winning, so spread the word.
For more information on the rules for nominations and how we use your data please read our terms and conditions. To make sure you're nominating the right charity, we check the number against a database of all registered charities in the UK , Republic of Ireland, channel Islands and Isle of Man. For not-for profit and community interest companies please tick the registration exempt box.

England & Wales: 6 or 7 numerical digits

We want to make it as easy as possible for you to spread the word about our 12 days of giving. So this year in addition to providing a number of useful resources such as the email and social media templates that you can use to drum up support, we have an additional tool to help you generate nominations.
Find your charity or your chosen charity and generate codes and buttons to embed in communications that will auto populate the nomination form with the correct details, making it even easier for supporters to nominate.
Click on the icons and the templates/graphics will open in a new window. You can save these on your desktop and use to spread the word and drum up support. To make the most out of your social media posts, ensure you accompany the graphics along with the post templates.
